I do testify the following is a true statement of the experience I had on August 14, 2008 when I received a healing with Stephen Pranger's  Crystal Bowl Vibrational Sound Therapy. I did not know what to expect but, since I am a psychic, I do understand how powerful vibrations/frequency's are. I know that the vibrational aspect of healing is a great part of the whole process. 

I was excited to experience this new method of healing and receiving relief from the pain I suffer with fibromyalgia. I also have carpel tunnel along with a heart conition and chronic fatigue.

During my first session, Stephen told me I would learn a "New Language" & create new pathways for the pain to exit. To me it meant a spiritual language that combines the physical body with the mind & spirit which works together to relieve the pain on these different levels.

When Stephen began the session, he informed me of what to expect as to the certain "points" of the body that he would be working with. He informed me of the points on the spine and up the head area that would be involved. While experiencing the healing with Stephen's guidance, I began to do the breathing and follow the lines and energy centers with my mind....

I experienced different emotions and felt that my masters/guides in spirit  were working with us. ..I began to feel a sensation of warmth and calmness within my bodey. I began to feel lighter and relaxed.  Stephen's calming voice and sounds coming from the Crystal Bowls seemed to permeate my whole being. The pain began to leave.

By the end of the session I felt similar to a time when I received acupuncture for the first time. ..more normal with less pain. A few days passed and I felt greatly improved as to the pain, the wonderful feeling of well being stayed with me. Also, I felt more aligned in the area of my spine and shoulders.

I would recommend this treatment to all who are experiencing chronic pain & fatigue plus other healing needs. After I attended a few more sessions, I continued to feel better and had more energy to do more each day! My energy levels have improved. Before I could only do one or two things in a day. If I did more, I felt great fatigue and had to rest. It is my opinion that after the initial healing session, that if you go once or twice a month, this healing effect will continue.

The deeply relaxing, tranquil sounds on the Cryslas Crystal Bowl Sleep CD have changed my life.

I push play on my CD player right as I lay down to go to sleep each night. Even with the sound up high, I have not yet failed to drift off into a deep sleep. When I awake in the morning, I am refreshed. I have had remarkable healing from listening to this lovely CD - when I awake there has been much less pain throughout my body.

If I awaken in the middle of the night, I play the CD again, and it always helps me get back to sleep, again even if I play it quite loud. Something about the vibrations captured in this gorgeous recording are most certainly causing a fundamental transformation in every part of my being, and are clearly shifting me out of stubborn patterns of injury, trauma, and even stuck emotional patterns which no longer serve me.
